Christopher Lucey, Chairman
Christopher has over 17 years of expertise in the areas of strategic planning and transformational leadership. Recently he served as the Managing Director of Frontier Ventures formerly known as the US Center for World Mission. Christopher was responsible for casting fresh vision and launching innovative new ventures. In 2008, he co-authored the book entitled "The Pauline Pattern of Servant-Leadership" with Dr. Frank Eiklor. Christopher holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Biola University and an MBA in International Development from Hope International University. He has designed and taught several graduate MBA/MA courses in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Global Environmental Economics, Leadership and Management.
Craig Fullman, Secretary
Craig developed his leadership skills in student-led campus ministry at University of California, Irvine. He benefited from InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, Campus Crusade and Navigators training programs. Previously he served on the local branch board of Bethany Christian Services, an adoption ministry. Craig currently works as a Senior Business Development Manager at NVIDIA Corp. He manages strategic account sales to aerospace, government, manufacturing, and OEM accounts with expertise in process improvement via parallel computing. He and his wife Judy have three adult children and reside in Orange County, California.
Brian grew up in Oklahoma in a family heavily influenced by the Navigators. While in college at University of Oklahoma he was discipled through the Baptist Student Union, led by longtime campus minister Max Barnett. More importantly, while in college he met his amazing wife, Jennifer. After working on staff with the Baptist Student Union, he studied at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, earning a Masters of Divinity with an emphasis in collegiate ministry. He spent three years with the Traveling Team, touring the US to mobilize college students. He currently serves at Redeemer Baptist Church as an elder, overseeing the missions training and sending, and he works at California Baptist University as the Director of Discipleship. He and his wife Jennifer have three amazing kids: two boys adopted from Ethiopia and one “California girl.”
DawnEllen is the associate provost for faculty development and professor of English at California Baptist University. As professor of English, Dr. Jacobs' areas of interest include English education, comparative literature, science fiction and fantasy literature, Latin American literature, mythology/folklore and Native American literature. She has led short terms trips through the university over ten times to locations such as Ecuador, Rwanda, East Asia, and South East Asia.
